Local Conservative activists in Heathfield have successfully sought to have the Council repaint the road markings on Hospital Bridge Road outside Turing House School.

Following a request from Heathfield  team member and resident, Jon Rowles, the Council has now completed the work in time for the new school year to start in September.

“Your local Conservative team is constantly looking for ways to make sure residents are safe as they go about their business.  The white lines outside the school, the stop line in particular and also those on the bridge were noticeably worn and had not been repainted.  I reported the matter to the Council and I am pleased to report the lines are now newly painted,” says Jon.
