The sun shone and the Autumn colours began to tint the trees with their glorious seasonal colours as members of the Twickenham Conservative Association gathered for the unveiling of a bench in memory of Alderman (Councillor) Geoffrey Samuel in Radnor Gardens, Twickenham.Joined by Geoffrey's widow, L
